ABOUT US

Haradhi began in 2016 as a small initiative started by a college student, without a brand name or formal structure. In its early days, the focus was on supporting local resellers by sourcing and supplying ethnic wear, mainly from traditional weaving communities.

As demand grew and the need for a structured approach became clear, the company was formally registered in January 2019 under the name Haradhi, with the tagline “Feel the Quality.”

Early Growth and Recognition

Haradhi became widely familiar around 2018 after introducing Kerala sarees and set mundu with ready-made blouses, making traditional wear more accessible and convenient for customers. This combination helped bridge the gap between tradition and everyday usability, especially for festive and cultural occasions.

Business Model Evolution

Haradhi initially followed a B2B model, supplying products to resellers across regions. Over time, the brand expanded into direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, launching its own online platform haradhi.com. To reach a wider audience, Haradhi also began selling through marketplaces such as Flipkart and Amazon.

Product Expansion

From its early focus on Kerala traditional wear, Haradhi gradually expanded its product range to include:

  • Kerala sarees and set mundu

  • Soft silk sarees from Kanchipuram

  • Jaipur cotton sarees

  • Dhotis and shirt–dhoti combinations

  • Kasavu kurtis

  • Kids ethnic wear

  • Shirt and three-piece kurta sets for women

Each product line reflects Haradhi’s emphasis on traditional textiles adapted for modern usage.

Our Mission

Haradhi’s mission is to bring ethnic handloom products directly to customers at a fair and affordable price, without compromising on quality. The brand works towards supporting weaving communities by ensuring they receive deserved wages, while customers receive authentic products at a satisfactory price point.

Haradhi continues to focus on preserving traditional craftsmanship, improving accessibility to ethnic wear, and maintaining transparency in quality and sourcing.
